The CleanLynk GLADIUS 26cm (10") DuPont Nylon Water Fed Pole Brush is engineered for professional window cleaners who want maximum performance without unnecessary weight.

Weighing just 140g, with a slim 9mm profile and a compact 35mm brush stock width, the GLADIUS is designed to stay light and agile, even when working at height on longer poles. The 7-row bristle configuration delivers the ideal balance of low weight, effective scrubbing power, and long-term durability.

Fitted with 50mm medium-soft nylon DuPont bristles, the brush offers excellent splay, allowing the fibres to naturally spread across the glass for better coverage and contact.

The 26cm head size offers a perfect balance between coverage and precision, making it easy to clean large panes efficiently while still working neatly around frames and edges.

Supplied with a euro thread brush socket as standard, the GLADIUS integrates seamlessly with most water fed pole systems and remains fully compatible with alternative brush stocks such as Edge or Gardiner setups.

Lightweight, durable, and purpose-built for daily professional use, the GLADIUS is a high performance brush designed to deliver consistent results with minimal effort.

Water Fed Pole Brush FAQs

Which brush bristle type should I choose?
Flocked bristles are ideal for leaded windows and delicate wooden frames. DuPont bristles are the best all round choice for everyday window cleaning. Hybrid brushes combine excellent cleaning power with everyday usability, whilst Synthetic Boars Hair brushes excel on first cleans, conservatory roofs and heavily soiled surfaces.
What is the difference between the GLADIUS and SABRE brush stocks?
The GLADIUS features a flat stock design with fewer bristles, reducing drag whilst maintaining excellent splay. The SABRE uses a curved stock with an integrated lip that supports additional bristles, providing enhanced splay and making it particularly effective for cleaning window sills.
What is brush splay?
Splay refers to how well the bristles spread across the glass during cleaning. Good splay allows more bristles to contact the surface, improving cleaning performance whilst reducing effort.
Are water fed pole brushes safe for delicate surfaces?
Yes. Water fed pole brushes are designed to clean effectively without scratching glass. For delicate surfaces such as leaded windows or painted timber frames, flocked bristles are generally the preferred option.
How often should I replace my brush?
Brush life depends on usage, surface types and cleaning techniques. Professional window cleaners typically replace brushes when the bristles become noticeably worn, lose their shape or no longer provide effective cleaning performance.
Can I use the same brush for first cleans and maintenance cleans?
You can, but many professionals prefer a more aggressive brush such as Synthetic Boars Hair for first cleans and heavily soiled windows, whilst using DuPont or Hybrid brushes for routine maintenance cleaning.
Does a larger brush clean faster?
Larger brushes can cover more glass with each pass and may improve productivity on larger properties. Smaller brushes offer greater manoeuvrability and control in tighter spaces.
Why do professional window cleaners use pure water?
Pure water contains virtually no dissolved minerals or impurities. This allows windows to dry naturally without spotting, eliminating the need for detergents and leaving a crystal clear finish.
