Cleanlynk FORTRESS 2.0 350L Van Mounted Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning System

The brand new FORTRESS 2.0 range has been designed from the ground up to be the most robust and complete turnkey system available on the UK market.

We listened closely to customer feedback from our first series of installations and addressed every inconvenience, niggle, or quibble that could be improved. The result is a system that is not only more visually refined but also safer, more convenient, and fully customizable — all while maintaining exceptional value for money.

The new FORTRESS 2.0 system package includes:

• Baffled water tank with vented lid & 1” BSP F water outlet
• Powder coated robust welded steel water tank retaining frame with zinc dip treatment for rust protection
• Hose reel (choice of manual or electric)
• 100M of 6MM microbore or 8MM minibore hose
• Pentair Shurflo 5 LPM 100 PSI 12V water pump
• Cleanlynk x Spring Europe V16 12V digital water pump controller
• 12V 130ah leisure battery with storage box
• All necessary hose & fittings

DIY install kits will also come supplied with:

• Water tank vehicle mounting kit (15 x 5MM thick galvanized steel spreader plates in various sizes, 10 x M12 10.9 grade high tensile strength bolts & 10 x M12 nyloc nuts)

The tank

Our water tanks are supplied by the industry renowned manufacturer Wydale Plastics. Known for robust, high quality water storage tanks; they are the industry standard for van mounted window cleaning systems.

Wydale Plastics tanks come supplied with a vented lid and 1" BSP F outlet as standard.

The frame

Manufactured in house at Cleanlynk's manufacturing facility in Telford, Shropshire (UK). We use 3MM thick carbon steel to produce our hand welded retaining frames. After welding and clean up we shot blast, zinc dip and powder coat them for a clean finish and long term rust resistance.

The panel

Our panels are laser cut in the UK for optimum precision. All panels feature mounting points for two pumps, two controllers, a 4040 RO membrane, 2 pre-filter housings and a DI vessel, as well as a battery tray suitable for a leisure battery up to 130ah capacity.

The hose reel

Our FORTRESS 2.0 systems come with a choice of either manual or electric hose reel. 

The included manual hose reel is an Italian made high quality pressed steel model that is capable of taking up to 100M of either 6MM or 8MM micro/mini bore hose. It features an easy mounting system, a robust 1/2" BSP F brass inlet swivel and a externally accessible water outlet barb.

If electric reel(s) are selected you will receive our "best in class" Cleanlynk TITAN 2.0 stainless steel motorized window cleaning hose reel. Manufactured in the UK from 3MM thick 304 grade stainless steel, with a fully stainless steel centre barrel, 6MM thick polypropylene panels, chain driven 12V motor & robust cable + button.

The hose

Our hoses are manufactured by industry leader HosesUK. Available in 6MM & 8MM, in a range of colours from orange, pink, hi-vis yellow, blue & black. 

Our window cleaning hose is easy to work with, hard-wearing & light weight.

The pump and controller

The "beating heart" of your water fed pole system - the most important place for quality. We utilise Pentair Shurflo 5 LPM 12V 100 PSI water pumps combined with Spring Europe V16 digital controllers on our systems. Both have proven themselves worthy after years of industry use across the world. In our opinion there is no more reliable combination.
