Cleanlynk Foamrush XC Extra Strength Caustic Traffic Film Remover - 5L

CleanLynk FoamRush XC Extra Strength Caustic Cleaner is a concentrated foaming detergent for professional exterior cleaning. Use it through a high pressure washer, foam lance or pump sprayer to cut through heavy traffic film, oily grime and atmospheric dirt on UPVC frames, sills, gutters, soffits, fascia, cladding, conservatory roofs and other hard exterior surfaces. Its solvent boosted formulation breaks down oil based soils quickly while rinsing freely to a bright finish.

How to use

• UPVC frames, sills, gutters, soffits and fascia: dilute 1 part to 150 parts water for heavy soiling or 1 to 180 for maintenance cleans. Apply, agitate with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly.
• Conservatory roofs: on glass use 1 to 180 to 1 to 220. On polycarbonate use 1 to 220 to 1 to 300. Keep wet, allow short dwell, agitate lightly and rinse well.
• Exterior cladding and garage doors: 1 to 120 to 1 to 150 depending on soil load, then rinse.
• Pre clean before pressure washing patios, paths and walls: 1 to 100 to lift greasy films and traffic residue before rinse down.

Best practice

• Effective with hot or cold water.
• Work from the bottom up when foaming and rinse from the top down.
• Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Avoid use in direct sun or on hot surfaces.
• Always test on a small hidden area first.
  

Important guidance

• Do not mix with bleach or acids.
• Avoid use on bare or anodised aluminium, zinc, galvanised metal, copper, brass and sensitive natural stone. If contact occurs, rinse immediately.
• Pre wet nearby plants and rinse them after cleaning.
• Wear gloves and eye protection.

Dilution summary

• Heavy soil 1 to 150.
• Light soil 1 to 180.
• For sensitive substrates increase water further as noted above.
