  • Tulsion MB 115 is a premium mixed bed resin that combines
  • Strongly acidic cation exchange resin Tulsion T 46 in hydrogen form
  • Strongly basic Type 1 anion exchange resin Tulsion A 33 in hydroxide form
  • The blend is supplied in a 1 to 1.5 volume ratio for reliable final polishing and production of ultra pure water.

How it works

  • The cation component exchanges hydrogen ions for dissolved cations such as calcium and magnesium.
  • The anion component exchanges hydroxide ions for dissolved anions such as chloride and sulphate.
  • Hydrogen and hydroxide ions recombine to form pure water, reducing total dissolved solids to ultra low levels.

Use and handling tips

• Install in a suitable pressure rated vessel with correct flow distribution
• Monitor outlet TDS or conductivity and replace or regenerate when readings rise above your set point
• Keep resin moist at all times and store sealed, out of direct sunlight, in a cool dry place
• Use food grade hoses and fittings where purity is critical
