End cap for V1 and V2 SCOUT, SENTINEL & VANGUARD poles.

Please note: If sections are removed from a pole and a smaller end cap is fitted to reduce the pole length, the resulting base section will not be insulated. This means the pole will no longer provide protection against electrical contact or electric shock.
