Our brand new & improved CLEANLYNK FOUNDATION van mounted water fed pole systems feature a fully welded stainless steel tank retaining frame, upgraded 100ah 12V lithium leisure battery & improved pump and controller panel.
System includes:
- 1 x Wydale Plastics 400L water tank with 9" vented lid and 1" BSP F outlet
- 1 x Cleanlynk Stainless Steel fully welded water tank retaining frame
- 1 x Hose reel (choice of manual or electric)
- 1 x 100M 6MM microbore hose
- 1 x Pentair Shurflo 5 LPM 100 PSI 12V water pump
- 1 x Cleanlynk x Spring Europe V16 12V digital pump controller
- 1 x 12V 100ah lithium leisure battery
- All necessary hose & fittings

Our assemble & send DIY install packages are supplied fully prepared and ready to fit.
Each package includes full assembly of the tank retaining frame, mounting of the pump and controller board in your preferred position, and complete setup of the hose reel with hose and fittings. All electrical wiring and plumbing are finished before dispatch, so everything arrives pre built and tested.
Selecting pre assembly of your system can save up to 6 hours of installation time, while ensuring you receive the correct hardware for a safe and secure install.
Every component is prepared and checked in advance, removing guesswork, reducing on site fitting time, and helping you get up and running faster with confidence.
We also include a comprehensive fixings pack containing high tensile strength bolts, nyloc nuts, and a selection of spreader plates to suit common van floors.
Phone support is available on assemble and send packages if you need guidance during installation, giving you added confidence from start to finish.

What type of window cleaning system is best for beginners?
For anyone seriously starting out in the window cleaning industry, we generally recommend beginning with a basic cold water "delivery only" van mounted water fed pole system.
This setup includes a securely mounted pure water storage tank, connected to a 12V water pump and pump controller, which feeds a hose reel and ultimately your water fed pole. Instead of generating pure water yourself using an onboard RO/DI system, you simply fill the tank at a pure water filling station.
What size vehicle do I need to fit a mounted water fed pole system?
The size of vehicle required will depend on the capacity of the water storage tank you choose. As a general guide, we recommend the following:
350L/400L: Minimum 600kg payload, e.g. Citroën Berlingo, Renault Kangoo, Peugeot Partner, Ford Transit Connect, Vauxhall Combo, VW Caddy or Mercedes Citan.
500L: Minimum 700kg payload, e.g. Citroën Dispatch, Renault Trafic, Vauxhall Vivaro, Ford Transit Custom, Mercedes Vito, VW Transporter or Peugeot Expert.
650L/800L: Minimum 1000kg payload, e.g. Citroën Dispatch, Renault Trafic, Vauxhall Vivaro, Ford Transit Custom, Mercedes Vito, VW Transporter or Peugeot Expert.
How many houses can I clean with a full tank?
It's a common question, but one that doesn't have a one-size-fits-all answer.
The number of jobs you can complete depends on several factors, including your chosen flow rate, your working speed, and the size of the properties you're cleaning. However, based on an average flow rate and an average-paced operator, the following guidelines can be used:
- 350L/400L: approximately 18–20 three-bedroom semi-detached homes.
- 500L: approximately 22–25 three-bedroom semi-detached homes.
- 650L/800L: approximately 28–30 three-bedroom semi-detached homes.
