Brush questions
Which brush should I start with?
If you're not sure, start with the Hybrid. It has the scrubbing power for frames and a soft finish on glass, so it handles most of a typical round.
Should I choose 26cm (10″) or 35cm (14″)?
The 26cm brush is lighter and easier to control at height, which suits most residential work. The 35cm covers more glass with each stroke, so it is quicker on large windows and commercial work. Many window cleaners carry both.
Pencil or fan jets?
Pencil jets give a focused, punchy rinse for frames, sills and high glass. Fan jets spread the water wider for a gentler, faster rinse across the pane. Choose two jets for lower-flow systems, or four for faster rinsing if your system has the flow.
How do I look after my brush?
Rinse it through with pure water at the end of the day, store it bristles-up so they keep their shape, and check the jets for blockages from time to time. Replace the brush when the bristles start to splay or flatten.
